Company Driver.

As a Company Driver, you have many opportunities here at AET. The sky is the limit! You can be an entry-level driver advancing into other higher opportunities. All drivers MUST HAVE a clean MVR, DAC, and other driver reports. Each driver will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Freight Service Drivers

Home Time

  • 7 days out, 2 days home
  • 14 days out, 4 days home
  • 21 days out, 6 days home

Pay

  • Entry CPM TBD
  • Experienced CPM TBD

Tour Drivers

Home Time

  • Determined by the tour.

Pay

  • Driver:
    • Daily rate( W2 wage, Per diem, Hotel buyback)
    • Show day 3 meals
  • Lead Driver:
    • Daily rate( W2 wage, Per diem, Hotel buyback)
    • Lead Bonus
    • Show day 3 meals
    • Hotel buyback

Each driver also will receive quarterly performance and fuel bonuses

Entry Level

An entry-level driver can be fresh out of driving school or have at least six months of OTR or local experience. As an entry-level driver, you will work on our freight services team, perfecting your skills. After one year of perfect metrics, or after two years of good metrics, you can advance into our touring group.

Experienced Driver

To qualify as an Experienced Driver, you must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR experience. As an experienced driver, you will work on our freight services team. After six months of perfect metrics, or after one year of good metrics, you can advance into our touring group.

Tour Driver

As a Tour Driver, you will be part of a great team of drivers.

To qualify as a Tour Driver:

  • 25 years of age or older
  • 3 years minimum OTR experience
  • Eligibility to enter Canada
  • No felonies or misdemeanors (even as a minor)
  • No DUI/DWI
  • Able to be away from home 2-3 months at a time
  • No accidents or violations in the past 3 years
  • Winter/snow/ice/mountain/city driving experience
  • Excellent backing skills
  • Ability to lift or move up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to properly secure cargo

Lead Tour Driver

As a Lead Tour Driver, you will be the leader of a great team of touring drivers.

To qualify as a Lead Tour Driver:

  • 25 years of age or older
  • 5 years minimum OTR experience
  • 3 years minimum management experience
  • Eligibility to enter Canada
  • No felonies or misdemeanors (even as a minor)
  • No DUI/DWI
  • Able to be away from home 2-3 months at a time
  • No accidents or violations in the past 3 years
  • Winter/snow/ice/mountain/city driving experience
  • Excellent backing skills
